I use Oanda.com to check the exchange rate and the highest rate it listed today was 12.3 pesos per dollar.
I went to the atm yesterday and took out money from my US account. The exchange rate came to around 11.766 pesos per dollar. Not bad at all considering it was 9.5 just a few weeks ago.
