Discreet topless on the beach is never an issue. Never have seen topless volleyball players, topless in a pool, topless in the skyglider..... Have seen topless especially at adults only resorts by the pool. Depends on the location. In the immortal words of Mrs. Dougout, "it feels so good not to have that underwire digging in........."
