This will not be a day by day report,because it has been to long and I don't have a memory. We ate breakfast each morning at the Krystal. I had checked the prices on the menu in our room and they were reasonable. The first morning we went down we found out they had a buffet. I asked the waiter how much the buffet was , he said"180 pesos."I had never bargained for food before but after all we were in Cancun. I told him that was to much we would just order from the menu. He asked would 100 pesos be better? We said sure and off to the buffet we went.(My husband would be so proud of me!)Each morning after that when we walked in, the waiter would say,"same as yesterday?"We would say yes and would fill our plates. The last morning he came over and mumbled something like ,"huge breakfast" he had said something that first day about Americana breakfast,we didn't know exatly what he meant but I am assuming it means you can't put everything you want on your plate.What did they expect we ate breakfast each day and didn't eat anything else until evening. He did walk off and we tipped well each day so all was well.The last day the omlet maker knew it was our last day and he made us cute teddy bear pancakes. Everyone was very nice at Krystal.
