cost of housing in cancun

I would like to know the cost of housing in Cancun's middle class neighborhoods. Also the cost of keeping a 40 foot sail boat at a slip. I plan to move to Mexico this fall/winter. I will need a real estate agent to help me. I'm sorry to say that I speak no spanish (yet!) so an agent who speaks english would help. Thank you for your help.
