I had some friends (a gay couple) stay at Aventura Spa Palace last year, I believe. They loved it. I doubt they would've loved it if they had felt out of place. Remember, people visit this area from all over the world and speak many languages and have many different lifestyles...and sexual orientations. All are welcomed with open arms. I'm sure you'll have a great time.
