Responsibilities: Recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel. The area of human resources is in charge of 600 workers and 90 administrative employees. Responsibilities included internal activities that competed to the areas of human resources and activities related to the hiring process, such as interviews to people who aspire to being employed by the company, application of psychometric tests, evaluation, investigation of credentials and past work experience of candidates, analysis of profiles, provide courses with induction and policies of security for the accepted candidates. I received training on enterprise psychology and development of a solid base in the treatment and evaluation of personnel.
