I've never used this service, but Asis (a fabric store) apparently makes your curtains/drapes for free, if you purchase the material from them. You just give them the exact measurements of your windows. I'm sure the curtain rods, etc. cost extra, but still...customized drapes for the cost of fabric really isn't a bad deal. I asked about this recently, and the store employee told me it takes about 2 weeks for them to make the drapes. They have several stores around Cancun and they have a large selection of fabric.
