I currently have filed a complaint with Profeco,the federal consumer protection agency. They so far have accrued more in fines on my case than it would take to settle it. Next hearing is Nov. 14.
They took over 2 months to deliver a prepaid order that was promissed in 2 weeks. 3 of the 5 pieces arrived damaged and I refused to sign for them. The Manager came to my house to inspect them and agreed to refund my money in 8-9 business days. That was in early September. After repeated trips to their Cancun store, which is a beautiful store, I gave up and files a complaint.
The Cancun store is in Gran Plaza, upstairs and straight ahead as you get off the escalator. They also have a store in Playa Del Carmen and they closed one in September that was in Puerto Morelos. Profeco told me they had many cases with this company.
