I'm planning a short (3 night) fun run in Cancun with my grown children (21-22)As my son is returning from a jaunt in Afganistan, and I haven't seen him in nearly two years.

I was thinking a day of snorkeling would be the coolest activity for such a short stay....Where should I stay and where should I snorkel? Are there any Hotels with snorkeling off the beach -- or do we need to hire tour of some sort?
