Cancellation Policy

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS SIMPLE:

Tours:

Call us by 2PM on the day before your tour and we will refund any deposit you may have made. 

After 2PM on the day before your tour we still may be able to cancel/refund you, but you are taking a risk. If the tour is full and the operator cannot fill your space, you will lose your deposit.

Bus charters and groups over 14 people tours require cancellation by 2PM two days before your tour.

Transfers:

Call or email us with flight changes and we will greet you at the airport as arranged. For changes to departure pickup times, please contact us before 6PM the night before your pickup so we can set our driver's schedule.

Our phone number in Cancun is 914-0290 and it is also on all e-vouchers you received. If you have any trouble dialing this number, ask the concierge or front desk staff to assist you.

If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator you will get a full refund or be able to reschedule with no penalty.
